Let’s be honest how many times have we said we start dieting from Monday and never did? I think at some point in our lives we all did it or at least thought about it. So to clarify the view, healthy lifestyle is not a diet, it is a way of life and by that I mean that it does not just change our body but also our way of thinking. I am not a nutritionist and in any case I believe because every body is different it would be good to visit a specialist if you want to achieve something very specific. Here I will just give you some little tips that have helped me a lot to stay consistent in my goal and give me energy for the whole day.
So let's get start!
  • Breakfast I think we all know is the most important meal of the day and that because it gives us the energy we need for the day. I personally am one of those people who need a cup of coffee in the morning. But if you are a person who does not like it or for some other reason you do not drink coffee you can easily replace it with a glass of natural orange juice or a cup of tea. So one of the breakfast that I like very much and I think I will never get bored is the avocado toast!!

  • The snacks I eat to tell the truth are quite simple and this is because almost all day I am away from home so I mainly prefer a cereal bar preferably with high protein otherwise I always carry with me a taper with different fruits. During this time I always have a banana and an apple.

  • One meal that I poot focus on is lunch. I always have a source of protein and vegetables and some good carbs. For example, I really like salmon, so I combine it with broccoli and brown rice.

  • Finally in the dinner I will choose a salad base of either lettuce or tomato and then I will follow the same ritual with lunch, I will put a source of protein such as egg or tuna and I will add a source of good carbohydrates such as sweet potato or black bread .


  • Of course, before I start my day I drink a glass of water to activate the metabolism and by the end of the day I have been drinking about 3 liters. By taking water you will notice a very big change in your skin.
